Our families keep asking for occupational therapy. For a year we have been sending them somewhere else. We would rather send them to you.
Speech Now Therapy Center is a pediatric practice in central Iowa, and we are adding OT from the ground up. That means the first OT here is not inheriting someone else's caseload, someone else's schedule, or someone else's idea of how long a session should be.
What that looks like
● 45 to 60 minute sessions, standard
● Feeding owned by OT, not split between disciplines
● 60% of collected revenue to you
● Sensory, fine motor, self regulation, feeding, and daily living goals, birth through age twenty-one
● Referrals and daycare partners already waiting
● Room to build a team, assistants included, as the caseload grows
What you will not find here: a productivity quota, a 30 minute session mill, or a practice where you are the only person who cares whether the kid gets better.
