Speech Now Therapy Center is a private speech therapy practice serving children from birth to 21 years old. We provide evidence-based, personalized therapy in the comfort of your own home, creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment!

We provide home-based services! This means your child will receive individualized speech therapy services in the comfort of their own home environment.

We primarily serve clients in this area, as far North as Huxley; East as Bondurant; West and Polk City; South as Beaverdale/Des Moines.
If you are outside of this area, please reach out to see if accommodations can be made!

Teletherapy is available on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual needs and the plan of care. If you’re interested in telehealth services, let’s discuss whether it’s a good fit for your child.

This depends on your insurance plan. Some require a referral, while others do not. We can help you determine what’s needed!

During the evaluation, we’ll spend time getting to know you and your child through parent and child interviews, play-based activities, and any necessary standardized assessments. Our goal is to connect with your child and gather a full picture of their communication strengths and needs..

We are currently credentialed to accept the following insurances: Aetna
Otherwise, private pay is accepted we are happy to provide Super Bills for families to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
We expect to accept insurance in the coming months from the following insurance carriers with more to come in the future: Medicaid (Iowa Total Care, Molina, Wellpoint, Amerigroup), BCBS/Wellmark, United, Cigna.

We provide strategies and activities tailored to your child’s goals. During your child's speech session, we can teach you how to use these strategies in your existing routines. Practicing at home helps reinforce skills learned in therapy and is crucial for your child's continued growth!

Absolutely! Parent involvement is encouraged and expected. We also provide session summaries and recommendations to support progress at home.
